Where is SpiderCart™ Hosted?
SpiderCart™ QuickStart is hosted by SpiderCart.com. There are several options available for integrating your existing site with SpiderCart.com. The Express and Enterprise packages require that your site be hosted with a SpiderCart™ Server. Most SpiderCart™ customers choose Awesome.Net.

Is web design included in the base cost of SpiderCart™?
SpiderCart™ is designed to have a custom look and feel for each site, rather than using templates (that are typically boring). SpiderCart™ will preserve your own unique brand without compromise. At your request, TheSpider, Inc.™will give you a quote for design work and you may use a design firm of your choice.

Does TheSpider, Inc.™ have to design SpiderCart™?

SpiderCart™ can be implemented by any intermediate HTML designer quickly and easily. You may outsource implementation and design work to the vendor of your choice. TheSpider, Inc.™ is also available to help you with this and can provide a quote for design and/or implementation.

How do I get technical support if I need it?

Can I export my existing product database into SpiderCart™?
Yes. We will need to review your database structure to see if it's compatible.
